Returns

You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags/labels intact.

Product-Specific Guidelines

Electronics: Must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals and packaging. Damaged or altered items are not eligible.

Beauty Products: Due to hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused beauty products can be returned.

Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges

We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products where available. If not available, a refund will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items

Gift cards, clearance sale items, and personal-use beauty products if opened cannot be returned.
Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of photo/video and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
