Returns

  • You may return most items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging and with tags/labels intact.

  • To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order number.

Product-Specific Guidelines

  • Electronics: Must be returned in original condition with all accessories, manuals and packaging. Damaged or altered items are not eligible.

  • Beauty Products: Due to hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused beauty products can be returned.

  • Clothing: Must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for different sizes, colors, or products where available. If not available, a refund will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards, clearance sale items, and personal-use beauty products if opened cannot be returned.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of photo/video and we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
